What we collect
When you send the contact form we store your name, email address, company name if you give one, your topic and your message. Our server also records technical data for each request, such as the IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request and follow up on it. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell your data.
Who can see it
Only the E-Agents team. The site runs on our own server and is served through Cloudflare, which processes traffic to protect the site and make it faster. Our team chat gets a short notice of each new request; the notice does not contain your email address or your message.
How long we keep it
We keep a request while we are in contact about it and delete it when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie and a security token for forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask which data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent, through the contact form on this site.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
